O.P. "Moldova International Stock Exchange" S.A. announces that on 02 April 2026 an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held by correspondence.
Having considered the sole item on the agenda – approval of the conclusion of the SaaS Agreement for services for the use of the electronic trading platform "Arena – Automated Trading Platform" – the company's shareholders adopted the following resolutions:
- The conclusion of the SaaS Agreement for services for the use of the electronic trading platform "Arena – Automated Trading Platform" is approved.
- The Executive Body of BIM, represented by Ms Veronica ARPINTIN, is authorised to sign the SaaS Agreement referred to in item 1.
