Issuers whose shares are traded on the Moldova Stock Exchange (BVM) can apply for admission to BIMx; there is no automatic transfer. At the same time, the Exchange is pursuing the listing of new companies.

Admission of BVM issuers
Issuers whose shares are traded on the BVM can apply for admission to BIMx. Admission is a separate process under the BIMx Rules; existing documents can be reused if they are valid and up to date.
New issuers
Alongside the admission of issuers previously listed on the BVM, the Exchange is pursuing the listing of new companies on the Regulated Market and the Multilateral Trading Facility.

The list of shares admitted to trading, with reference data and market classification, will be published once the first issuers are admitted. The first listing is planned by the end of 2026.
