Veronica Arpintin
Chief Executive OfficerVeronica Arpintin is Chief Executive Officer of the Moldova International Stock Exchange. Previously, as State Secretary at the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation, she coordinated business environment development policies. She gained expertise in private sector development at an international financial institution with the highest credit rating. At BIMx, Veronica Arpintin leads the strategic process of building the institution, laying the foundations for a functional, transparent and accessible capital market. She served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation, responsible for business environment development. She has expertise in private sector financing and development gained at an international financial institution with the highest credit rating. Ms Arpintin will lead the strategic process of building the institution.

BIMx Board
The BIMx Board is responsible for the strategic decisions of the Moldova International Stock Exchange. It comprises shareholder representatives and one independent member, in line with the shareholding structure. Together, the Board members bring diverse expertise in finance, institutions and governance to guide the development of the capital market. The strategic decisions of the Moldova International Stock Exchange are taken by the BIMx Board, made up of shareholder representatives and one independent member, arranged according to the shareholding structure.

His role contributes to the harmonisation of operational processes and to strengthening the connection between the two capital markets.
