Listing Process
The Moldova International Stock Exchange offers issuers a clear and predictable framework for accessing the capital market. The admission to trading process follows the principles of Law No. 171/2012 on the capital market and the Exchange Rules approved by the CNPF.
Main stages
Preliminary consultation
Assessment of the issuer's eligibility and financing needs, and identification of the appropriate market (Regulated Market or MTF) and listing category.
Preparation of documentation
Drafting of the prospectus (where applicable) and preparation of the financial statements, audit reports and corporate documents required for admission.
Compliance review
Review of the admission file by the relevant BIMx departments, in line with the requirements of the Exchange Rules.
Admission to trading
Adoption of the admission decision and publication of the admission notice. The instrument becomes available for trading on the date set in the admission decision.
Post-listing investor relations
Support in meeting ongoing and periodic reporting obligations, and coordination of corporate event announcements.
Role of brokers
All trading on BIMx markets is carried out exclusively through brokers licensed by the CNPF and admitted as members of the Exchange.

Admission of issuers
28 September 2026
Issuers can apply for admission from 28 September 2026. The first listing is planned by the end of 2026.
