Detailed instrument fact sheets
Every instrument admitted to trading on the BIMx markets will have a public fact sheet bringing together its identification details, trading data and the issuer's reporting documents.
What a detailed fact sheet contains
Identification details
Issuer name, trading symbol, ISIN code, market of admission (RM / MTF), listing category, trading currency.
Trading data
Reference price, opening price, session low / high, last price, volume and value traded, market capitalisation.
Historical chart
Price and volume performance over selectable periods (day, week, month, year).
Issuer information
Full name, registered office, IDNO code, share capital, shareholder structure (to the extent required by disclosure obligations), official website.
Documents and reports
Annual and half-yearly financial reports, audit reports, resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders, announcements of corporate events.
