Shareholders approve the SaaS contract for the ARENA platform

O.P. "Moldova International Stock Exchange" S.A. announces that on 02 April 2026
an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held by correspondence.
Having considered the sole item on the agenda – approval of the conclusion of the
SaaS Agreement for services for the use of the electronic trading platform
"Arena – Automated Trading Platform" – the company's shareholders adopted the following resolutions:

1. The conclusion of the SaaS Agreement for services for the use of the electronic
   trading platform "Arena – Automated Trading Platform" is approved.
2. The Executive Body of BIM, represented by Ms Veronica ARPINTIN, is authorised to
   sign the SaaS Agreement referred to in item 1.
