The Moldova International Stock Exchange applies a transparent fee structure, approved by the Exchange Council and published in full on the Exchange's public website.
Fee categories
Admission to trading fees
Payable by issuers upon admission of instruments to the Regulated Market or the MTF.
Listing maintenance fees
Payable annually by issuers whose instruments are admitted to trading.
Trading fees
Payable by participants for each transaction executed on the BIMx markets.
Participant services
Membership admission fees, annual ARENA platform access fees and real-time market data charges.
Ancillary services
Additional services provided to issuers, participants and data vendors.
